The AEWM supports its members by providing high quality, hybrid training and conferences, speakers are either members themselves or others from associated fields.
These include representatives from DFE, OFSTED, Crime Commissioner, Elective Home Education, Magistrates and schools.
In May each year the Association holds its AGM and free training conference which is open to members only.
In October the Association holds an open training session, below is a collage of photographs from the event held in October 2022.

This is great, shows off the event and how we are able to influence national policies and organisations on behalf of our members, our profession and for the benefit of children and families

As impressive as the conference. It was great to see new members ( and old ones!) and share experience and insights

Great conference and the perfect opportunity to network with colleagues who are facing similar challenges and relishing the opportunities that are ahead. Very well organised, great selection of speakers and so lovely to have the opportunity to attend in person.

This was another great conference. It was very powerful listening to our members having the opportunity to network, share their expert views and many joint years of experience with each other and those organisations.
